My work is analogue and hands-on driven. It derives from explorations of the body, materials and language in ways that make marks of a work process, errors and the repetitive labour of trying again into central part of the works. Moving within notions of queerness, I am inspired by the value of chaotic knowledge, the unfinished, failure, and experiences of displacement. Abstraction as an aesthetics to negotiate recognition and categorization is an ongoing interest of investigation. My practise has materialised in series of woodcut prints, collages, installational work and performative reading formats.

I was educated at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and from Goldsmiths University London. Since February 2016 I have been based in Berlin.
